Marketing Director

They are responsible for making the marketing and communications strategies for the business. They make annual marketing plans and make a calendar of events and campaigns (Campaign, 2019). These are the people in charge of setting the marketing budget and analyzing the market and competitors.

Sales Manager

These are the people responsible for managing the sales and setting sale goals to compare the performance to these respective goals and adjust them as needed (Glassdoor, n.d.). They must be able to develop individual quotas and assign them to the team members.

Social Media Manager

These people are responsible for everything social media related in the company (Indeed for employers, n.d.). They are the ones representing the company in social media, replying and responding to comments and concerns in customer service , whilst making quality content for people to enjoy. They also implement content strategies on social media.

Public Relations Specialist

These people create and maintain a positive image and reputation for the business and client whom they represent (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, n.d.). Public Relations usually work for organizations, schools, media buyers, and professional associations. They make sure that the perspective of citizens for their client are positive, helpful and worthwhile whilst continuously maintaining this outlook.

Advertising or Promotions Manager

These people are responsible for planning and executing the advertisements and promotions of a company (Great Sample Resume, n.d.). They discuss contracts, budgets and marketing strategies. The advertising side of a business requires creativity as they produce posters and products which capture the attention and interest of buyers or customers (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, n.d.).

Operations

Project Officer

Responsible for overseeing the projects a business is covering (JobHero, n.d.). They are also responsible for tracking the progress of the project. They are capable of filing and maintaining documents.

Controller

Oversees both the business and financial operations of a business  (JobHero, n.d.). Shares responsibility for the economic and social performance of the business.

Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor gives an independent and objective evaluation of the financial and business operations (Liberto, 2020). They make sure that the company follows standard procedures and works efficiently. 

Management Consultant

Management consultants identify business troubles and make suggestions to be able to improve the operations of the business (Gilmore, 2021). They constantly interview the employees, conduct analysis on company figures, and prepare business proposals.

Healthcare Administrator

Responsible for overseeing the projects a business is covering (JobHero, n.d.). They are also responsible for tracking the progress of the project. They are capable of filing and maintaining documents.

Bookkeeper

These people are responsible for recording the financial transactions that transpire in the business. These financial transactions include payments, purchases, revenue and expenses, which are all usually recorded on the General Ledger (Corporate Finance Institute, 2021).

These people calculate and process financial records using manual and computerized systems (Settlement.org, n.d.).

Accounting Manager

These people are responsible for managing and supervising the accountants, to make sure they are doing their job correctly. They do this by the use of systems to analyze financial information, ensure the organization follows legal and regulatory requirements and help improve business procedures (Accounting.com Staff, 2021).

Financial Analyst

They need to be able to analyze financial data and create financial models for decisions (Corporate Finance Institute, n.d.).. They are in charge of evaluating financial plans and analyzing actual plans. They need to be able to lead and perform financial forecasting. Financial forecasting is when a business thinks about the future financial plans.

Personal Financial Advisor

They need to be able to work well with their client to get the client’s assets, liabilities, income and expenses and turn these into a comprehensive financial plan to serve as a roadmap for the future of the client (Investopedia, n.d.). They will analyze every financial aspect of the life of the client and not just the investments.

Treasury Analyst

These people ensure that a company is efficient and profitable. They evaluate cash flow, prepare treasury reports, and create financial forecasts and give financial advice to the company (BetterTeam, n.d.). 

Research / Development

Business Development Associate

A business development associate assists firms in increasing their sales and growth. They perform market research, formulate company plans, cultivate connections, and seek out new business prospects (BetterTeam, n.d.). 

Research / Development Manager

A research and development manager has a variety of critical responsibilities inside a company. They are in charge of doing research, planning, and implementing new programs and processes in their firm or organization, as well as monitoring product development (Best Accredited Colleges, 2021).

Market Researcher

A market researcher is in charge of gathering and evaluating data so that educated political, social and economic decisions may be made. Market researchers may work for a firm, where they gather data about consumer perceptions, investment, and marketing trends. Market researchers are mostly engaged by marketing organizations of all sizes that work with various companies and sectors (Marketing associate job description | glassdoor, n.d.).

Economics

Economist

Capable of researching and finding economic issues, economists make forecasts based from history to predict future economic trends with the goal to help maximise a company’s profits

Benefits Coordinator

As the name implies, this job handles the benefit plans of the employees and are tasked with making sure that issues involving these benefits are dealt with and ensuring the policy is in lines with the rules and regulations (Indeed, n.d)

Investments Analyst

More focused on the niche details, the job’s purpose is to collect and analyze data such as stocks, bonds and commodities. They also interpret this information, which is then presented as a portfolio (Danielsson, 2021).
